When placing a phone order, all steps are taken to ensure your personal information is protected. To ensure the order is going to the owner of the credit card, your mailing address will be confirmed with the credit company, so please ensure the mailing address you list is the address your credit card is billed to. It is, however, possible to ship the product to a different address, just ensure the "billing address" and "shipping address" are filled out correctly.

You may initiate an order by email, but please do not list a credit card number in the email, as email messages are not always completely secure. We will contact you by phone to arrange the details.

We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $300. For Western Canada under $300, shipping is $5. Eastern Canada orders under $300, shipping is $15.
